The sushi and food were nothing short of exquisite, each bite bursting with fresh, mouthwatering flavors. The staff were not only incredibly polite but also highly attentive, ensuring every detail of our dining experience was perfect. We tried a random roll called Eric's role and it was so good! It had a bit of lemon and siratcha on top. I didn't get a picture but the monkey balls are delicious!

If you want the best sushi experience you can get in the desert, visit this location of Sushi King and ask for O-San! I would follow this man anywhere he cooks. He has taken over this location and is serving up the best there is! And, my goodness! They have Ramen now too!

I love Sushi King. The service is fast and friendly, and they have a wide variety of sushi rolls, with a few other good dishes for the friend you're bringing who doesn't really like sushi. Try the chef's special Schwifty roll, or the El Diablo (pictured with some green chili tempura) if you'd like something spicy.

I went in on a random weekday and had an amazing experience. When I walked in, I was greeted by Janelle who was very lovely. I sat at the bar and was welcomed by Chef Kai who was preparing the sushi. He was very kind and courteous. Watching him prepare the sushi was a beautiful sight. He was very delicate and I could see the craft and effort he put into the food. This craft and effort translated to some of the best Sushi that I have had in Albuquerque. I enjoyed the crunchy salmon roll, the salmon roll, the chef's special and the California roll. I have tried these same dishes at other sushi restaurants and O Sushi is by far the most delicious and flavorful Sushi of them all. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The mouth-watering food will blow your mind and steal a bit of your heart. Thank you so much to Janelle, Chef Kai and all of the lovely staff who work hard to create a great atmosphere with fantastic food!
